California marijuana dispensary raided

Last week federal agents raided a California medical marijuana dispensary seizing five to 10 pounds of marijuana and a small amount of cash, but no arrests were made.

Although medical marijuana is legal in the state of California for patients with proper identification, the drug is still illegal under federal law.
